AUTHORITY TO LEASE
This is to authorize BROKERHOUSE INC. to negotiate the lease of my property briefly described below, with the following terms and conditions:
BROKER’S FEE FROM LESSOR: One (1) month for one (1) year lease contract
Pro – rated if less than a year
Renewal: Half (1/2) month rent for every 1-year contract renewal up to 3rd year of renewal Pro rated if less than 1 year
PERIOD OF AUTHORITY:
Ninety (90) days from date hereof, notwithstanding the expiration of this Authority, you shall be entitled to your commission in case your prospective client whom you have previously registered with us leases the property within three (3) months from expiry of this Authority. It is also understood that this Authority, all negotiations with your registered prospective clients shall be coursed through you.
BROKERHOUSE INC. is also authorized to advertise in any forms of media and to accept and/or receive the deposit and advance payment of concerned tenant together with the reservation form or contract of lease. |
