AUTHORITY TO SELL
By virtue of my fiduciary trust, and in considerations of your acceptance of my offer, I hereby give you Ninety (90) days from this date, the authority to offer my property FOR SALE with the following terms and conditions described below:
PERIOD OF AUTHORITY:
That notwithstanding the expiration of this Authority, BROKERHOUSE INC. shall still be entitled to the commission of Five (5%) of Total Contract Price (TCP) in case BROKERHOUSE INC., buyer who was previously registered with us, has complied with the above mentioned terms within Ninety (90) days from the expiration of this Authority.
It is also understood that during the term of this Authority, all negotiations regarding the sale of the below described unit shall be coursed through to BROKERHOUSE INC. For any earnest money or option money by the buyer for cancelled transactions, CONDOCENTRAL CORP is entitled to 50% but not more than the Five (5%) schedule commission.
BROKERHOUSE INC. is also authorized to advertise in any forms of media and to accept and/or receive the deposit and advance payment of concerned buyer together with the reservation form. |
